This week Sheridan and Juliette had the pleasure of sitting down with Dario, the owner of Cannoleria!

Cannoleria are proud of their traditional Sicilian Cannoli and strive to create the absolute best Cannoli they can! #staycrunchy

Dario talks us through how Cannoleria came to be, starting with a simple family recipe of ricotta, cinnamon and sugar and expanding to who they are now with multiple store locations as well as taking over the wedding dessert space!

With two options for your wedding, either an Italian-style cart, or a roaming activation with the Cannoli piped fresh for each person, they are bound to have an option you love.

Dario shares all of Cannoleria's secrets, including some of the amazing flavours they are able to make just for you!
